Nautilus Equity is an independent sponsor focused on investing in the lower middle market. We seek opportunities to partner with management teams of established businesses to take them to the next level of growth or navigate business transitions.
We also selectively provide consulting services in corporate finance and M&A support to companies, private equity and venture capital firms.
Cyrus Ebrahimi - Founder
Cyrus has over a decade in private equity and has been involved in over $150 million in buyout transactions. He has experience with growth and mature technology companies in the lower-middle market. Prior to Nautilus Equity, Cyrus held finance positions at SprintRay, Parallax Capital and LBA Realty.
Cyrus received his MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and his B.S in Information Systems Management with a concentration in Accounting from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Cyrus is a licensed CPA in the state of California
